We relocated a bathroom that was in the center of the space, removed a structural wall and recessed the new structural beam to create this awesomely large kitchen/dining space! It is so inviting, open and functional, the perfect place for cooking and entertaining!

We have designed some really cool islands, and this L shaped island with built in benches and a custom table is one of my favorites! I love how it brings the table right to where you prepare food, because the kitchen really is the heart of the home and this lets you keep all of your loved ones close while you’re cooking. Also, this table would probably fit a dozen kids so that’s fun too… and it’s just so pretty!
