✅ They’re a beautiful statement piece: this unique plumbing fixture is on the rise with popularity, and gives another opportunity to wow your guests.
✅ They’re good for resale: as an elegant addition to your kitchen, it is something that people see as a luxury and adds resale value. CONS
❎ It adds to your budget: like any customization for your kitchen, it adds an additional cost which you’ll have to determine if it’s worth it or not.
❎ They aren’t necessary: they are a luxury item that are there for beauty and convenience that you may not use, make sure it makes sense in your routine before adding this item. BEFORE YOU ADD ONE

We loved being able to not only being able to bring this client’s dream kitchen to life, but helping them figure out storage solutions to best fit their needs! Here are the storage changes we made: 👉Brought the cabinets up to the ceiling to better utilize the space above the original cabinets. 👉Created cabinets around & above the refrigerator. 👉Utilized the cabinet space under the island for more pantry storage. 👉Created pull out drawers within the pantry for better access to ingredients & snacks. #kitchendesign #storagesolutions #storagespace #kitchenremodel #kitchendesign #beforeandafter

3 ways we’ve improved our design process to make sure building/remodeling isn’t a guessing game: 1️⃣ We’ve split up our design process into two phases!
PHASE 1: DESIGN DISCOVERY - We develop 2 possible project solutions. 1) Based on your budget. 2) Based on your dream concept. We research & collaborate to provide a proposal for your project including, an investment range, scope of work, & conceptual drawings.
PHASE 2: DETAILED DESIGN - You work with a designer to finalize every little detail. Together, you visit showrooms, make selections, & design a space that is functional and aesthetically beautiful. We explore the existing space with our trade partners to uncover any potential roadblocks and provide solutions. At the end, we will provide an exact cost for renovation, final plans, & 3-D renderings.
✅ Breaking up our process into two design phases has helped us provide clients with a well-defined scope of work and clear budgeting! 2️⃣ We’ve made sure all the design decisions are made BEFORE the pre-construction phase starts!
✅ Helping our clients make all of their design choices allows the transition from design to construction to be seamless. With all design decisions made, construction is more likely to stay on schedule and not run into a delay. 3️⃣ We’ve added a Walk Your Plans meeting into our design process!
✅ This allows clients to see REAL sizes of their home being built OR transformed and help them visualize the finished product!
